Any One Using Sandbags?

Gym access doesn't work for me. I only lift about 1-2 times a week and I use a 35 .lb load and do about 12 reps X 3 sets. I combine A and B, and leave out one of the squats sessions since it duplicates in both. This feels like a good upper body cross training workout for a runner. I've lost about 3.5" and no weight this month, my goal. I lost about 1.5% body fat (Haybaler's average of three methods). I do Nike Training App now and then, running 4-7 miles a week for cardio, and protein at about 20% (goal of 30, but not there yet and don't see myself getting there). Watching processed foods, but am able to enjoy more desserts now that I have more muscle to burn it than I did before.
