Tip: Drink water before each meal
You should just drink water in general throughout the day so you don't waste all your calories on beverages. I know this is repeated a lot when you are on a diet but it's important to recap on everything you should do when trying to lose weight. Drinking water before each meal can slightly help with cravings and help you feel full faster so you don't go for that second serving of pasta(which is bad for you unless your going for a long run!).
