Newby (again!)

Hi All, starting once again. Went to Slimming World classes for a few months but I seem to go up and down if I am paying to go to classes so thought I would join again on here as its free and this time stick to it! I do like the Slimming World Extra Easy Plan so am going to stick to that but record it daily here so will also see how many calories I am eating too, but more interested to see how many carbs, protein, sugar etc., I am consuming as well.
Just booked holiday with hubby and some friends to Spain next October so am determined not to get on the plane with my excess 3 stone I need to lose, last time I had to stretch the belt to get across my stomach! Have 4 months left off my gym contract too so pushed myself to go at 8am this morning, hadnt been for a month so found that hard work but will make the most of the time I have left there.

Looking forward to making some friends on here of all ages? My body is 58 years old and my mind is still in the 30s lol!! (and obviously I live in the UK in the South-East)
