Hi! I'm a working mom of 2, and my goal is to lose about 30 pounds. My weight's been slowly creeping up on me lately due to stress at work. When I get home, I just keep snacking until bedtime! I've made the decision to really stick to eating right and exercising, but man it's hard sometimes to fit it all in. Glad to find other moms trying to make this work!
