Introduction

Hi - I am 5'2 and was just thinking yesterday about how we have a tougher time with extra weight than those without vertical challenges. I am new to the Groups on FitnessPal, so giving this a try.
Goal: lose 7 lbs by end of the year so that I don't have to wear shapewear during the holidays.
Exercise Plan: run 2 miles 3x week; zumba 4x week; strength training 2x week.
Food Plan: I was a vegetarian for six years until recently transitioning to Paleo a couple of months ago. I am also going to stop snacking by setting a timer on my phone for meal times
