I guess this section got deleted so I am reposting it!
Challenge began September 23rd and Ends January 1st
The goal is to complete 100 hours in 100 days (for example 1 activity per day)..thus the name of the challenge!
Your 100 hours can consist of any kind of activity (weights/cleaning/biking/running/swimming/dancing/etc.) Just get moving!!!
You MUST post weekly in the MFP group or via Instagram to qualify for the monthly prizes.
You are encouraged to try at least 5 new activities (example: 1 per month) This can be anything outside of your normal routine (obstacle race course, rock climbing, new food, etc.)
Each month will have a new theme (announced in a post each month)
There will be 5 total winner (1 per month).
