Done! I did them in conjunction with the squats I'm doing for another challenge.... nice little leg workout this morning :wink:

    They are actually great exercises not only for the legs, but for the feet - prevent plantar fasciitis and work the small muscles and sinews at the ankles (or something like this, I don't remember exactly...)
