Done! I did them in conjunction with the squats I'm doing for another challenge.... nice little leg workout this morning

They are actually great exercises not only for the legs, but for the feet - prevent plantar fasciitis and work the small muscles and sinews at the ankles (or something like this, I don't remember exactly...)0 -
