Just sleaved getting out of hospital tomorrow

things went better than I expected. No pain the next day. The nursing staff were supposed when I got out of bed without help. Could not expect more from my team. It was worth the wait. Now let the pounds rol off.f

    Way to go Dale. I am so happy for you that your surgery and first 24 hours are over and as you continue to heal and gain back your strength the new you will unfold. I look forward to following your journey. I have my surgery one week from today.

    Congrats! From your profile it looks like you did really well pre-op. I also had a relatively easy time immediately after surgery. I ascribe it to coming into the room in the best shape I could.
