Hey everyone, hope you had a good memorial or bank holiday weekend. I know most of us did indulge a bit more but it happens :)
However, it's never too late to start afresh, just don't lose hope. So what are your commitments for today and what extra challenges are you going to take?

    Today I did Day 4 on 30DS level 3 and 30 mins Tae Bo cardio. I must say I'm getting bored of the 30DS now, I can't wait for it to be over. My extra challenges would be drink my 8 glasses of water and walk to the shopping centre instead of driving.

    Its raining here so that makes my outdoor excise very muddy and i wont be motivated, don't have a gym to go to, so am i screwed or do i figure out to do something in the house, hmmmm stay tuned for more details.

    I got off track for a few days, but kicked myself back into gear yesterday by running 4.5 miles doing 30 Day Shred. My committment for today is to run another 4.5 miles (or maybe 5, we'll see!) and finishing level 2 of 30 Day Shred. I'll also eat within my calories.

    I'm not losing as fast as I would like.
    Feel like I'm doing the right foods, lots of exercising, but only lost 1 1/2 lbs in two weeks!
    I'm switching it up this week...
    Gonna do intervals and more strength training instead of my long distance runs.

    My commitment today is to go to a Zumba class (for the first time!) with a couple friends :)

    May 28th Commitment:
    -Drink 8 glasses of water
    -Walk 1 mile during work (at 3)
    -Walk 12,000 Steps
    -30 Day Shred video

    I got my hike in this morning. felt good. I've got a blister on the back of my heel that is annoying me (same shoes - what's the deal with that?).

    My commitment is to figure out something healthy to make for dinner tonight.
  • Wow after 4 days of camping/festival fun time to get back on track!! Was hard to wake up and ride my bike to work but I did it, Another beautiful bike ride home and hopefully some yard work in the sun :happy:

    Doing 30Day shred video tonight. I didn't do it at all this weekend. Plus I plan on walking/running a few miles tonight.

    I will walk run 5 miles but set a faster pace then I usually do.

    I have been reading a lot on weight loss as a lifestyle change and realize that quick weight loss and life style change don't always go together. I have increased my total calorie intake and am going to start eating back my exercise calories for a daily deficit of 500 calories.

    So I have decided I am not even going to try to make the 20lbs in 75days. But I am going to reach my exercise targets and food plan targets everyday. The scale can move when it wants to.
