Book on bulking for women

Alright ladies. I didn't get much when I posted this on my wall, so I figured somebody here might have a good idea. Does anyone know of a fitness/workout/training book that talks about WOMEN bulking? I have yet to read one, and although I can get plenty of info from MFP and the interwebs, I'd love to read a book about it.
So if you know of a good read, I'd love hear about it. I've read plenty of books geared towards men only that talk about bulking. Would just be great if there's something geared towards the ladies. I understand the rules of bulking are basically the same for both genders. I just find it frustrating that of all the books I've read so far there's zero mention of it.

Yeah I would like to find a book like that too, but I don't think one exists. Mike who wrote Thinner, Leaner, Stronger said he's going to write a sequel, but I think it's just going to be a second edition. Honestly most women just aren't interested in intentionally eating a surplus and weightlifting.
I would also like to find a book on weightlifting for women who have moderate-severe scoliosis. My BF said I would have to write the book on that. He's probably right.0 -
I just listened to this podcast and it's good- http://www.muscleforlife.com/reverse-dieting/
They talk about bulking/reverse dieting (from a nutrition standpoint). She has a book too-http://reversedietingbook.com/ although it's kind of expensive. There's really not much out there about bulking (from a workout or nutrition standpoint). I couldn't even really find any books on reverse dieting on amazon.0
