    Just did this morning - Pittsburgh EQT 10 Miler, 66min, a 3min PR. I am 100% race-free until Thanksgiving and looking forward to the break!

    I love that your break is approximately 3 weeks. But, then again, I signed up for an 8k on Thanksgiving, too, so I can't say much! (except....3:15!)

    Ran my first marathon on 11/8 - the Rock n Roll in Savannah. Had a great race and beat my expectations, finishing in 3:48:59.

    Ran a quickie on Sunday with a friend who is a newly-returned-to-running runner...just a local 5k...but I PR'd my time from my first 5K back in June by almost 5 minutes!! So that was cool :smiley: My big build for the fall is next weekend...Annapolis Running Classic (my first HM) on the 22nd....
