I'm curious to know (those of you that moved to 5/3/1)what your schedule is, what assistance work you do and why? Thank you!

I am just starting my deload week of cycle 6. I lift on Saturday (OHP day), Sunday (deadlift day), Tuesday (bench day) and Thursday (squat day).
I used to do the Boring but Big routine, but got bored with that and didn't like doing 5 sets of 10 reps of the same exercise. On OHP and bench days, I add upper body work and on deadlift and squat day I add lower body work.
I am a wimp and usually do machine work for my assistance lifts. Depends on my mood and where I am in the cycle: Sometimes I lift heavy, fewer reps and sometimes lighter with more reps. When I am feeling really motivated, I do assistance work/core stabilization (for example, dumbbell curls or dumbbell tricep extensions while kneeling on a stablility ball).
The beauty of 5/3/1 is that the "rules" are pretty minimum.
