not used my fitbit one for few months, now it wont work...

I lost my little charger therefore have not used my fitbit for couple of months .I charged alst night and it looked fully charged but I have been on a long walk and its onlt showing 57 steps and not synchronising ,any ideas please .I need my motivation back x

Wrong website to be asking for getting the most views and most support.
Need to be on the Fitbit forums for better potential answers, or better on phone with Fitbit support.
