Here is a great workout to get it in good! Do some HIIT for a great calorie burn. It is good for everyone...you can do on treadmill or outside OR you can run it or walk it! Just increase your speed in intervals! so get busy.

    Going for the end of the week (or maybe tomorrow if it's not raining... trapped in the hotel with a broken treadmill so only have the recumbent bike)
