are there any repeat marathoners that use vibrams? I would like to ask some questions

    No marathons yet, but have used FiveFingers for 4.5 years now. Several 5-10K's, two half marathons. If that helps.

    i dont use them, but I deal with a lot of runners who do at the running store I work at.

    Haven't run a full in my Vibrams, but ran almost exclusively in them until midway through my training cycle for my first full (ran the race yesterday). Lots of miles in them including 7 Half Marathons.

    I found for me, once I got beyond about 15 miles the pounding got to be too much and I needed some cushion.

    I went with Altra The One2 and love them, but now that the heavy miles are done for now, I am going to get back to my VFFs at least for the shorter runs.
