Share your healthy travel tips!

Hey guys, I'm heading to Cuba next Friday for a week and figured this is as good of time as ever to figure out what I can do to not gain weight on my trip. Of course there will be lots of sight seeing and walking, but plenty of relaxing on the beach as well :) I've been to Cuba before so I know sort of what the selection of food at the resort will be. There are tons of fruits and veggies and chicken. Everything is fairly bland with no seasonings though. I myself will try to stick to these items as much as possible, and let myself have a cold dessert here or there. And the drinks!! Last time I lived off Pina Coladas, but this time I think i'll stick with Mojitos. And delicious Cuban coffee.

Do you guys have any healthy travel tips? I always forget about places like the airport etc.
