What's motivating you?

I'm personally being motivated my three things:
  1. Lowering my blood pressure <3 and remaining off of mess for life
  2. Watching the numbers on the scale decrease
  3. Getting back into some of my favorite clothing

    1. my fitbit and my friends who have them... this one's been crazy good for me as i walk 10K steps everyday.
    2. i too am trying to lower my blood pressure and resting heart rate. so far, i feel i'm making some progress.
    3. changing up some foods to see the affect on my food diary numbers.
    4. my family/ friends who're noticing the changes i've made.

    My family history of diabetes and heart disease.
    My high cholesterol medication - hope to be off of it.
    My father had open heart surgery a couple of years ago and I don't want to go through that.
    How I feel when I am healthier, leaner and more fit.
    Riding my recumbent trike longer and farther distances next spring, summer and fall.
