I'm personally being motivated my three things:
(*) What about you? What's getting you through your workouts? (*)
- Lowering my blood pressure and remaining off of mess for life
- Watching the numbers on the scale decrease
- Getting back into some of my favorite clothing

1. my fitbit and my friends who have them... this one's been crazy good for me as i walk 10K steps everyday.
2. i too am trying to lower my blood pressure and resting heart rate. so far, i feel i'm making some progress.
3. changing up some foods to see the affect on my food diary numbers.
4. my family/ friends who're noticing the changes i've made.

My family history of diabetes and heart disease.
My high cholesterol medication - hope to be off of it.
My father had open heart surgery a couple of years ago and I don't want to go through that.
How I feel when I am healthier, leaner and more fit.
Riding my recumbent trike longer and farther distances next spring, summer and fall.0
