Found this interesting recipe on my internet travels - interesting spin, has all the benefits of cooking it overnight and waking up to this would be great as a treat from time-to-time ihearteating.com/2013/01/30/overnight-crockpot-german-chocolate-oatmeal/

Both of these look very good the Banana nut looks heavenly. I will need to get some steel cut oats, have never had that before. I can never even get close to my potassium count. Thanks for posting them!0

MFP is really bad at tracking potassium so you have to take the figures with a pinch of salt as I really don't feel that we're being that bad trying to reach that goal. It's a shame as it's one of the things I'm really interested in making sure i get enough of.
