Both of these look very good the Banana nut looks heavenly. I will need to get some steel cut oats, have never had that before. I can never even get close to my potassium count. Thanks for posting them!

MFP is really bad at tracking potassium so you have to take the figures with a pinch of salt as I really don't feel that we're being that bad trying to reach that goal. It's a shame as it's one of the things I'm really interested in making sure i get enough of.
