Good grief! I really exceeded my calories yesterday... Hope to be more sensible today. The only saving grace is that I toted firewood uphill and down for over an hour and rode my cycle like planned. So today ...
1. Eat within my goals
2. Drink 80 ounces of water
3. Ride for 60 minutes on the cycle
4. Draw, design, draw, design some more ... gotta get my crafty self in gear while I have some extra time this week
5. Bake two cakes for a local auction --- and be soooo careful with that batter bowl....
Stay warm, friends! So ch-ch-chilly here down south!

Freezing here. Of course, that means that this is the day the L decides to have some sort of issue. At least I don't have to feel guilty about the fact I still am having trouble running outdoors in the cold--it's colder than I think is reasonable for that!
Having nice simple goals yesterday helped as I made them and am feeling back on track after my not so good weekend.
Today's goals are:
1) Stay within my calories and log as perfectly as possible
2) Get in a workout (spinning or running at the gym would be great, but if I can't make it fit my schedule anything is okay)
3) Call my parents
4) Work efficiently!0 -
I did great with my goals yesterday. I had an awesome workout and stayed well under my calorie goal. And the scale moved! Not a lot, but I didn't see a move in a while.
Goals for today are simple:
1) Log accurately.
2) Get some form of exercise (probably elliptical and yoga).
3) Make two job applications (more a personal goal, but I'm so stressed out with the ridiculous goals our new marketing manager has fixed for us, I don't want to stay in this job much longer).0
