I had my first night with the Jawbone UP only to discover that I woke up 4 times, got 2 hours of deep sleep, and 4 hours of light sleep.

How do/did you get better sleep?

    Google "sleep hygiene."

    I use a sleep mask + white noise machine, and I take Trader Joe's calcium, magnesium & zinc supplements.
