The cold weather is back and is challenging everyone. I have taken some time off from work to do my home improvement project. This will keep me busy. Probably no walk for me today. The 6th milestone is now 2 days away.

Good morning everyone - yes the cold weather is back and I'm already tired of it
It's too easy to just stay indoors instead of getting over to the gym after work. Honestly who wants to go out again when it's around 10 degrees outside!!
So today's plans are:
1. Fasting: stick to 500 calories
2. Drink lots of fluids
3. Walk at lunch - get in my 10,000 steps

I live in a snow globe today. I promised my daughter I will take her sledding today so that should be a nice "rest day" workout
Yesterday was a very successful day but exercise wise I'm in no hurry to do it again. Squating is so fun, until you have 155 lb on your back and do 5x5 reps.... It is time to make adjustments to my routine because I might have reached my max on Stronglifts. Cardio wise, I did a level 14 on the treadmil "rolling hills" settings and discovered that the incline can actually go to 10+; still learning new things here

We have grey skies and cool winds today, it looks like rain is approaching. It makes it really difficult to get up in the morning.
Sounds like a fun day for you and your daughter danelutza!
I got that much needed sleep last night, I think I even fell asleep before my husband (he's usually the first person to fall asleep). I am really sore, yesterday's workout totally kicked my butt. Today, thankfully is an active recovery day. I plan on getting some things done outside before the rain moves in. I have recycling to bag and some leaves to rake.

The scales are going the wrong way. Today I need to get up and moving. It has warmed up to 42 degrees so I need to get outside and walk. Finding it hard to get motivated when I am cold. Goals for the day. Try to get 10,000 steps.0

Haven't written in a while.
Updates:
Been eating more. I started netting 1500 calories a day, nearly double what I was before. My appetite has finally come back. I can finally eat the amount of food I'm supposed to without getting sick and wanting to puke.
This month I gained an instant 2lbs when I increased my diet, most likely from water weight. Plus an extra 1lb. My new pants "small" pants still fit, thankfully, and my measurements remain the same.
Also, I sorta lost my job. So, I am home now all day everyday.But I am still exercising. Not as active as I was though.
Goals: I need to hop back on my strength training schedule! Last week I focused purely on cardio to burn off a cheat weekend in Vegas. It is getting colder here and making me not want to even get up. I think I may restart the program I was doing since I took too long off.
Running a little everyday. Working my way up to start running 5ks again. Todays goal: 12minutes of running.0 -
Painful callus has prevented treadmill walking etc.; hope I see some improvement tomorrow; will need to really watch calorie intake absent walking.0
