Nov. 19th goals

So, yesterday goals all reached, I logged everything, I did some exercise (only elliptical, though) and I made one job application.

Today's goals are all about fitting everything I need to do in my schedule so I can go out tonight.

1) Log accurately and manage to eat something good for dinner (didn't plan that one).
2) Throw in some kind of exercise tonight (elliptical + yoga would be great).
3) Make one job application.
4) Try to avoid alcohol tonight at the bar, and if I'm not able to avoid completely, limit myself to one drink. (Actually, it's easier for me to avoid than to limit myself to one glass of wine if there's a good bottle on the table, so I'll need to figure this out).

    My goals today are:
    1. log accurately and eat within my goals
    2. Drink at least 80 ounces of water
    3. Cycle for 60 minutes
    4. Complete all tasks on today's "to do" list
    5. Tote firewood - lots and lots of firewood! Brrr!

    Woohoo, part 1 (the worst part) of work project is finished.

    Missed my workout again yesterday, but was good with the food/logging. Keeping it simple again:

    (1) Try to do morning and evening workout of some sort (did the morning).
    (2) Stay under calories and log precisely.
    (3) Start thinking about interesting new dish to make with pumpkin, possibly a dessert.

    I also realized (with this recent cold spell) that I am going to have a hard time getting myself out running in the winter weather even though I usually enjoy it once I get going, so I signed up for a winter group training that's run out of one of our local running stores. First run is this coming Sunday when it's currently supposed to be warmer (if a bit rainy).
