Indoor Runners that use FitBit and MapMyRun

So, when I started running I began using MapMyRun because it was a nice place to keep track of all of my gps-trackable outdoor runs as well as my indoor treadmill runs via manual entry. I like the fact that I can enter total time and total mileage and it grades my pace, etc. Now I have a FitBit One. When I get on the treadmill, what do I do to avoid double-counting while still keeping my run data in MapMyRun? If I manually enter the treadmill run into MMR, plus leave my FitBit on during the run, will I get double-credit calorie-wise? I am so confused!

    No you won't.

Any activity that syncs over to Fitbit comes with a start and duration time and calorie burn - it replaces whatever Fitbit had for that time.

So long as the time of the workout MMR has matches Fitbit time, good to go.

Also, did you do this prior to treadmill - because nothing changes between the accounts, merely on MMR as to what you did being manually entered instead of GPS calculated.
