Does anyone have a setup for diary times on their MFP that works well with the Stage 3 diet?

I am two days post VSG and definitely need an easy way to track my protein and water. Where I am "eating" so frequently, the way I have it set up now doesn't seem to accurately capture for me.

I set my "meals" to 3 hours sections of time: 5am-8am, 8am-11am, 11am-2pm, 2pm-5pm, 5pm-8pm, 8pm-11pm. This way I have a better idea of how my eating falls, even though it's obviously not quite perfect. It does help with more frequent eating, as I can tell at a quick glance if it's been at least 3 hours since I've last eaten (bad to skip two 3 hours sections...)
I had to make sure to have the am/pm designation so that the times listed correctly and didn't show as duplicates. I think it showed as 5-8 and 5-8(2) before I changed it.0 -
Gosh, I'm pretty basic. I have six meals set up that I label: Meal 1, Meal 2, Meal 3...0
