Hi everyone,
My name is Rachael I am currently a senior at Ohio University studying music and film. I am taking charge of my life and making a lifestyle change. I cannot remember a day when I wasn't weighing 200 and something. So my first goal is to get out of the 200s. My overall long term goal is to weigh 135 pounds. I currently am a moderately active but want to make the gym a regular routine in my life. I am doing this for me. I want to be able to feel sexy.
Some of my hobbies are music, film, traveling, hiking, basketball, racquetball, yoga, camping, and just spending time with friends and family.

Hi Rachael, nice to meet you, I'm Theresa. I commend you on setting some measurable goals. I know this group is about finding your twin, but if you'd like to friend me we can keep each other on track. I'm in the Navy, a nurse in an outpatient clinic. So the majority of my day is spent at a desk either on the phone or educating patients in my office. I wouldn't say I'm sedentary, but some days are more active than others. My goal is to walk at least 7,000 steps a day and work out at least 3 days a week at the gym. Since I'm in the military and have weight standards to adhere to, I'm looking to loose about 12-15 pounds. We share many of the same hobbies Good luck on your journey!0
