The spreadsheet's main log and ranking sheets has been updated. I have revised the group weight to 1000 lbs. At the moment we have 64 active members and only one graduate NikonPal. Will be updating the Graduate thread as well. Even if you have reached your 100% goal you need to log in the next weigh in or the group will not be getting any credit for your efforts. Only three more milestones to go.

I have 6 spots for trees in my backyard and so many choices and the wrong season. At least I got the pomegranate and bunch of oranges. I wish I had enough space to plant Guava but may be keep that on my wish list.

For Sunday, I stayed under my calories. For Monday, I anticipate very busy start of weekend at work and I hope that the work will drown my carvings and I stay under calories again.

    Had a terrible weekend for eating and exercise, however today is Monday and back on the wagon. I feel terrible after my poor eating habits, my body just doesn't like that junk like it used to and it made me very lethargic and feeling poorly, so not worth it!

    Good morning all!

    I updated my weight this morning. Was NOT pretty but I think I'm retaining some water (I did not drink near enough yesterday and my rings are super tight) but I logged what the scale said as I'm trying to be as honest as possible with myself!

    So today's goals are:

    1. Fasting today: 500 calories
    2. Get in lots of water :)
    3. 10,000 steps

    Good choices on trees...oh I wish I could have an orange tree that would be so amazing! I was hoping to plant 2 dwarf apple trees by my garden but I'm having difficulties with the husband :) Maybe one day I will win and get my two little trees!!

    Happy Monday everyone!!!
    As of this morning I'm 4lb away from my goal for this challenge! It should maintain for the week since Thursday is Thanksgiving.
    For today I plan to finally get to the gym, deload on squats and see how I feel. Water and protein are key today.

    Awesome tree choices, I have a few fruit trees randomly spread across my property. When the house that originally sat on the land burned down in the late 80s, the previous owner planted just about anything and everything to see if it would grow. I love the little surprises we keep getting year after year. Nectarines, cherries, apples, walnut, plums, plum cherries... I want an orange tree and a cashew tree. Yum.

    Today I plan to get back to a healthy diet, I skipped a lot of meals this weekend. Which let to intermittent snacking. I want to see the weight decrease before the Holiday. For the next 3 days I will be extra diligent in my efforts.

    I have been having trouble getting my steps. Yesterday I am proud to say I got 10,000 steps in. The first time since the 13 of Nov. Was under calories, water was 24 oz off. Today's goals are to stay within my calories, drink water, measure my food and get my steps in.
