Sorry I have been quiet..I have been keeping up with the ab challenge..just been super busy lately. I'm doing half of this right now and half later its been a blast!!! Maybe do it again soon??0 -
completed it,, without cheating or ducking out. Yay!!!! it was definitely challenging, had to buy smaller pants. :-)0

I'm continuing with the max plus I do 30 push-ups in between each type. My stomach did shrink0

DONE!! Amazing! Split it into two sets. I did standing oblique twists with a 4 pound medicine ball and 170 leg flutters. No plank as that muscle still isn't healed. Almost, but it's not quite there yet.
