Today was the day that I hope to imitate every day. Under calories limit and almost 2 hours of walk which included couple of sprints up hill on Bunker Hill.

Having good playlist is very helpful. Here are my recent favorites:

Lose yourself - Eminem
Till I Collapse - Eminem
Eye of the tiger - Survivor
Remember the name - Fort Minor
Push it - Salt n Pea
The real slim shady - Eminem
In da Club - 50 cent

The rest of songs in my playlist are Indian/Bollywood.

What are your power songs?

Hmmm why have I not heard of any of your songs in your play list? Oh that's right I'm into a kick right now and listening to the awful 60's/70's easy listening music. Awe..reliving my childhood :) but it's fun!

Today is my last day at work this week so I won't be on much for the next 4 days! I'll do my best to stay on plan but Thursday will be more of a free day. I honestly don't have a lot of bad things planned in my menu, but the little I do, I will enjoy!

Hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!

    Walking songs:
    One Chance/ look at her
    Snoop Dog / OMG
    Ludacris/ representing
    Lifting songs:
    Prodigy / Breathe
    Limp Bizkit/ Rollin
    Rammstein/ Engel, du hast, etc.
Sometimes I like to get girly while lifting heavy and I will put on Madona, Katy Peryy, Meghan Trainor, Destinys Child etc.
    Also love Weird Al Yanchovik- "white and nerdy" because it just makes me have a great mood;
rest of my playlists are all European music.
I have 917 songs on my phone, from classical music to Sinatra, pop, rap, house, rock, new age and pretty much everything in between.
The right song at the right time, makes all the difference!!!
Great idea about sharing this !
Back to work: I started baking yesterday, pies are done and logged in MFP at recipes, today I'm making the sides and tomorrow is all about the ham and turkey :)
I have no caloric limit for tomorrow and will use it as a refeed day to kick start another loss once I go back on normal calories. We have a "turkey ball/ bowl" tomorrow morning: cheering/freezing outside for 2 hours while my husband plays football should be quite fun!
    Peace out peeps!
Happy Thanksgiving !!!! Let's be awesome and finish this week on a happy note!!

    Happy Thanksgiving Eve!!!!
There are very few songs that really get me moving and keep me motivated on my playlist....
Rollin' in the Deep - Adelle
Northern California Day - The Good Samaritans
    Lose Control - Missy Elliot
Act Like a Fool Remix - Lil' John & Three6 mafia
Get Back- Ludacris & sum 41
    Let's Go - Trick Daddy

    That's all I got.

Today I am going to get my workout in, get some of the sides ready for tomorrow, and just enjoy myself and the family time we will have tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a great day and a great Thanksgiving tomorrow.

Balancedwalker - I must say your spreadsheet and planning skills are impressive (better than any challenges I have seen).

I’m all over the map – here is a small sample – there would also be Swift, JT, Groban, Maroon 5, PitBull, will.i.am, Katy Perry, Mario Lanza….

    Hi all,

good music makes a better workout, which is actually scientifically proven. So here are some of my favourites

    emeli sande - heaven
beyonce - why don't you love me
    korn - coming undone
marky mark and the funky bunch - good vibrations
    blondie - call me
    rihanna - s&m
snoop dog and david guetta - sweat

and strangely ... don't judge me ... system of a down, especially their song "violent pornography". the beat is so catchy and fast, perfect for walking, running or biking.

today's goals are staying under, doing ripped in 30 and get warm

Oh my...I love your playlists! All of you! I agree with Nikon. BW, you are an excel master. Did you go to business school? I run to some of all of these. Actually, the real slim shady got me through a brutal two miles in the snow. Good luck tomorrow, guys!

Thanks for appreciation. I am just a very small fish in the big pond. I will be going over playlist in detail over the weekend. I spend more time selecting a song for a playlist then I will spend on shopping for any major thing. In younger days, I watched Robert Palmer's Addicted to Love with jaws open as I thought all the supermodels in the song were super beautiful clones. Will watch again.

Keep sharing your favorite music. I am all ears and eyes.
