So, yesterday was a little iffy and didn't went as planned. I didn't have time to exercise, I didn't have time to cook our snack soup, but I took a long walk with my husband and I logged accurately.
Goals today:
1) Log accurately (I already pre-logged all my day except late night snack, so everything should be allright)
2) Exercise (30 min. dance or elliptical + 20 minutes yoga)
3) I have to run some errands at lunch hour, and I really need to go at lunch if I don't want to be messed up in my schedule, so I'll try to stick to the plan.
I hope that your Thanksgiving preparations are going well. I'm a little jealous of this extra holiday you have in November, I would totally be down for a four day long weekend too.

Yesterday was an ok day. I was under my calories which in a way is good but yet bad. I haven't been feeling well these past few days so I just decided to eat what I felt like eating...which wasn't much of anything.
My Goals:
1) Stay within my calories
2) Drink 8 – 10 glasses of water

3) cook
4) Try and get some exercise and drink 8 - 10 glasses of water
Happy Thanksgiving!

My goal for the next few days is just to eat at home! I did get invited to an extended family Thanksgiving thing, but that's being held at a rented church gym so more walking and socializing than laying on the couch!
1. Drink 10 glasses of water everyday.
2. Stay within calories as much as possible.
3. Move my butt, and my feet. Increase my exercise to compensate for green bean casserole and stuffing! At least I'm not cooking, so no leftovers!
4. Fill one large garbage bag with trash and one with donation items from my work-in-progress house decluttering!0
