exercise: add 10 to each set each day
20 back lunges (each side) with a 10 sec hold on the last one
40 Leg lifts (each side - laying on your side)
30 Squats
20 Jumping burpees
10 pushups (with a 10 sec plank hold at the end)

non exercise: mediation!! Find a way to de-stress. Mediate to music, take a morning walk (or afternoon, have a hot glass of lemon water. Whatever pleases you, find 30 minutes in your day to de-stress. (post what your de-stress method is)

    Okey exercise challenge I going to jump over since my body have showed me several times now that it dont lik me doing monotonous exercises. Rather take last weeks Dance challange again.
    But the non exercise is something I sure could become better on. So I will try to find my way and tell here what Works for me :)

    knew today was going to be crazy so I did my exercise challenge yesterday.Did yoga today to meditate.

    UGH. so very very sick. I may have lost 10 pounds from coughing up my lungs. :'(
