hello new and just wanted introduce my self

Hi new to this side of mfp so finding my feet. And could do with those kicks every now and the to keep on track hoping this will be the answer.

    For me anyway, MFP is what I need. I lost a lot of weight last year. In December, I developed plantar faciitis and fell off the wagon. I regained about 20 pounds, and have recently recommitted to losing again. I've been back here for a little over a week, and have already seen several pounds go. I would love to have more friends ( I think a lot dumped me when I was gone for 5 months)!
