Nov. 28 goals

Hi! I hope everyone is fine and recovering from yesterday's food hangover.
I reached all my goals for yesterday, but I'm currently worried about the fact that doing only 30 min. of elliptical trainer (which I combine with yoga or lifting) didn't make me burn a lot of calories (about 200). I'm trying to up my heart rate while doing in, but I was barely in the zone. I should probably try another program on the machine to see if it fits better. If not, I would have to find something else to make my cardio.
Today goals
1) Can't log accurately because I'm having fondue tonight and I'm going outside for lunch, but try guesstimating the best I can.
2) Exercise before going out tonight for at least 45 min.
3) Stay in control at office happy hour, so I'll have enough room to eat and drink with my friends tonight.
Friday are big challenges for me, because there's always chips and booze at work (yes, I work in that kind of office), and then there's wine and fancy food with the husband. I'll have to work on that.

My big challenge for today is I have various leftover Thanksgiving food hanging around and a day off (which is also supposed to be an off day from exercise). Most of the food is actually great and healthy and I look forward to some turkey and sweet potatoes for dinner, but I do have some delicious apple cranberry crisp too. And I'm going out to dinner (Italian) and to a play later.
My goals:
1) Get back to logging (took yesterday off just because I thought it would be too difficult) and try to stay under calories
2) Go out and do some shopping around the neighborhood, as it shouldn't be so unbearable as downtown or a mall, and will get some walking in
3) Finally do the stuff around the house I keep putting off0 -
Hope everyone had a nice thanksgiving. I managed to stay away from my laptop for 3 full days! Its nice to be able to spend time not being tied to it. Today (or in this case tonights goals) that I still plan on getting done before I go to bed
1. log everything I ate
2. Do my ab workout
3. Drink 4 more glasses of water0
