Hello everyone!
This morning was nothing short of amazing for me, as the scale dropped back to my pre-thanksgiving weight. I was on point with my nutrition yesterday and I drank lots of water, so tomorrow's weigh-in should be all good. The pounds don't cheer me up that much, but what does, is the effectiveness of my plan: eat above maintenance for 2 days, drop back to usual intake, drink water and kick start another loosing streak. So far so good!
I hope you are all getting back to your usual routines and make great progress.
I have been sleeping like crazy lately, falling out around 11:30 pm. It really helps, because we burn more calories sleeping, than sitting around doing nothing.

Good going danelutza. We are just a day away from 7th milestone. This is post Thanksgiving and I do see that I have gained. I am going to face the truth today, tomorrow and day after tomorrow. Hope to get back into routine, calories limit and walks starting today.0
