How did we all do after the Holiday?

I indulged a little more than I planned on Thursday and was up 0.25lb Friday morning.
Back on track and that quarter pound plus more is gone today!

I indulged way to much and the left overs aren't making it any easier. I logged into my account to get myself back on track.0

As of this morning I am within 20 lbs of the upper end of my goal weight. I don't want to have a setback, regardless of the holidays. My daughter brought home a slice of homemade apple pie (crust made with LARD), a slice of my Aunt's homemade pumpkin pie, and a container of my Grandpa's egg noodles.
I swear they were in the fridge calling my name! Thank goodness she finished them off yesterday.0 -
Luckily I treated TG like it was a normal day and didn't overfill my plate with stuff I wouldn't normally eat anyway. I didn't feel like a roly poly in the morning!
I'm going to try to do the same for Xmas...
