I am going to my first Spin class tonight. So that completes my 5 new things! Yay!0

It was rough at first, but I was able to push through it. There were times that I wanted to jump off the bike, but I kept going. There were times that I had to sit back down while we were still supposed to be in the standing position, but once I had a "rest" I would get back up. The trainer told me that I did a really good job. I would definitely recommend trying it. I'm going back next Thursday.0
