I am quite excited to see LA getting soaked in some water. This definitely means that I will be walking much less but we need rains in LA so bad. For 12/1, I did both walk and stayed under the calories limit. For 12/2, my intent is to stay with in calories limit.

Check out the sequel spreadsheet. I am ditching the Weigh In day concept. Instead the sequel will have Ranking days (10 of them, at 10 days intervals). This will give both flexibility and ease of use to the members.

    What's the difference between a weigh in day and a ranking day? I've joined the next challenge and am curious about what would be different.

    Lost 2lbs since yesterday! Hurray for water weight!

    Goals for today:
    1. stay within calories
    2. 10,000 steps

    Good morning all! I had a good day yesterday...stayed within my calorie goal. I didn't get in near as much exercise as I normally do but I had an appt at lunch and couldn't walk my two miles. I did do some beginning yoga poses at home but I didn't count them as I didn't consider it real exercise :)

    Today's goals:
    1. Stay within calories
    2. 10,000 steps
    3. Weight lifting tonight after work.

    Have to get more focused, and get control of my eating again. I was doing so well but overdoing it on the weekends and that is derailing me. Time to pull up the socks.
    Todays goals:
    workout DVD before work - completed
    stay within calorie goal
    boot camp tonight
    get the water in

    Really need to watch the sugar, it gets me every time. Am doing well and then have something sweet and off I go...

    Finally reunited with the squat rack yesterday! Calories in check.
    Realized how naive I was to think that after a 2 week break from lifting I could just pick up where I left off.... Really???
    Ego aside, the good news here is, I get to build back up to my former glory but with a 20% deload and my body still gets the benefit of intense workouts and great results.
    Resting today so only plan is to eat good and within calories.
