What about Kickboxing and martial arts?

Yes, I already have more questions. My s.o. and I are both martial artists. He mentioned a few days ago that it's too bad I can't workout with him now. Obviously, contact is out the door. Even if I had the energy for Judo, I know better. I was going to compromise and do the heavy bag,but I read that it will "jar your baby too much". So, what about focus mitts? Worst case, shadow boxing should be fine, right? Should I cut kicking and knees? I've read that twisting and bending is ill advised, but is that a factor to worry about just over 9 weeks? With all of my research, I still feel clueless as to what's a go and what isn't!

I'd say no-contact, but you should be able to maintain the same workouts you were doing otherwise. If you are nervous, talk to your doctor at your first appt and if you can't wait that long - call and ask to talk to the dr's nurse.

I kept boxing (including kickboxing) until about 30 weeks and only stopped because it doesn't really fit my schedule at the moment. Like the other posters said - don't spar, but you can absolutely keep training. Keep an eye on your heart rate and don't do anything that causes you pain.

Ignore all that stuff you read about jarring and twisting or bending. The baby is very protected in the amniotic sac. The only reason there is all this (overly cautious in my opinion) advice on women and working out in pregnancy is out of concern for injury to the mother, not the fetus.
