Made this today - tastes amazing. Any longtimers care to comment on calories, or ratio for protein/carb/fat?
Peanut Butter Cup Pudding
1 box (44.00 g) Chocolate Fudge Pudding- Sugar Free Fat Free Mix
4 T PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
3.00 scoops, High Protein Shake Mix (Chocolate) I used Bariatric Advantage/Ketogenx
2.00 cup, Skim Milk
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. It's that easy.
I measured my pudding into 8 - 2.5oz servings, the right size for a snack. Popped them in the fridge and in less than an hour, they are ready to go. Each little cup packs 8 grams of protein!

Anything else up your sleeve...this sounds amazing
I could think of a lot of things that are gonna be higher in cals and nowhere near the protein as what you've made!
Only thing...I wonder what the cal difference would be swapping out your milk for my almond0 -
Great idea! The BA protein also has 5 gm fiber per serving, so three scoops is 15 gm fiber for the recipe, which ain't too shabby.0

Looks like a great recipe. I haven't tried PB2 yet but plan to in the next few weeks.
Thanks for sharing.0 -

It was amazing!!
I am becoming the queen of pudding. I've mixed cheesecake pudding and chocolate protein and cheesecake pudding and strawberry protein - both are yummy.
Since I made this into 8 servings, I froze 4 so I can have it like ice cream. Guilt free.
My next variations:
pistachio with vanilla protein
banana cream with vanilla protein and PB2 - chunky monkey!relentless2121 wrote: »Looks like a great recipe. I haven't tried PB2 yet but plan to in the next few weeks.

I tried PB2 preop on 1/2 PB Jelly sandwich. It's good! Consistency was more like a natural PB than an oily one of course, but the taste was good. I'm looking forward to having it with apples later on, and, one night soon, with banana ice cream. I have a Yonanas machine - it's just a fancy blender/food processor for bananas (and other fruit) that when blended frozen, comes out like soft serve ice cream. My kids love banana ice cream. I'm planning on making the banana ice cream then topping with the powdered PB. I did it once with real vanilla ice cream preop - and it was good. I've also dumped it into smoothies (greek yogurt, protein, milk, frozen banana, and perhaps some PB2 if I'm in the mood!).0 -
Ive only blended it into my Pure Protein shakes (both vanilla and chocolate flavors) but a couple weeks ago I sliced up a banana, sprinkled a little PB2 on them and I didn't like it at all!
The texture was kind of gritty and didn't really please the pallet as a creamy PB (my fav, Jif ).
I have mixed it into my shakes but that was more for added protein as it doesn't carry much of a flavor punch...IMO!
Maybe adding it into a pudding would be different
Then again my vanilla protein shakes were mild in flavor so sometimes I would add some banana and PB2 for added flavor and protein!0
