I'd like to hear from anyone who like me is trying to manage both of these diseases at once. What helps one often harms the other. Sick of feeling like I have an alien living in my stomach!

    I have IBS and today was diagnosed with gastritis and also got my appt for colorectal investigations (lucky me) as I present with bleeding as well. No idea how to manage anything yet :( good luck xx

    Good luck little fangs. I have also developed eczema. I have never had a problem in my last 45 years now all at once all of this in the past year- weird.
