What are your goals for December? The year is almost over so let's end strong!

My goals:
  • Do 5 workouts a week
  • Do 3 Fitbit challenges
  • Be more consistent with food prep
  • Get back to one-derland

    ` Do 5 workouts a week.
    ` Do 2-4 vegetable based meal preps a week.
    ` Do eliptical once a week.
    ` Be more consistent with MFP data entry logs.
    ` Focus on burning 740/day in calories!
