Okay, so I didn't start T25 at the same time as most of the people in this group but I joined for the support. Also, because I like reading thoughts about the program from other people. I wanted to know if anyone else has pain in their foot while trying to do any of the videos during alpha/beta? I tend to kick off my shoes not but 10 minutes in and go barefoot the rest of the video.

I have not, but I have read else where that a good cross trainer type shoe does help.

I personally don't but have heard from many of foot pain for those who have little to no arches. I highly recommend going and getting properly fitted. Previously had ankle pain when working out but was solved by proper shoes! I use Minimus by New Balance but it's different for everyone.

I think I am going to have to try out the NB minimus shoes.
