So simple. Just click on APPS. The Fitbit is listed.

What about this negative calorie adjustment. Please explain to me! I turn it on. Then it appeared to take away my calorie intake. I have a iphone 4 so i cannot sync throughout the day ( unless you know of a trick) Should i leave it on or off

MFP estimates what you'd burn daily with no exercise based on your stats and your selection of activity level - perhaps Sedentary since everyone seems to select that to be on "the safe side".

If Fitbit reports you burned even less than that, perhaps you were sick and slept all day, then MFP lowers their estimate to what Fitbit says you burned.
Then takes a deficit you selected.

Same with positive, it's not just exercise, it's merely the difference, which could be no exercise just more movement daily.
