Happy Hump Day!

I ended up taking 4 days of over the long weekend eekkk and cracked back into JM this morning which felt really good! I moved from 3lb weights up to 5lb weights which was a great call, I was still able to do all the workouts just with that little extra resistance.

How is everyone doing?? I hope that as the days go by her workouts are getting a little easier :)

    Good job Beej! 5lbs are definitely a good workout. I just finished L1D6, and its not as hard as day 1! I workout in front of my living room mirror when I need extra motivation! Haha. Keep it up!
