HERE WE GO! ON TO THE FINAL WEEKS!

Roughly 3 weeks left to get all your hours in. Make your workouts a PRIORITY! We can do this!!!!!

JUST A REMINDER:
Each week runs from Mondays to Sunday nights at midnight. The last week extends until Wednesday, December 31st. Winner will be selected on January 1st.

    Sorry. I'm going to have to cheat with the way I'm booking. I think some of you know I was attacked last month and it put me out for a couple of weeks. Got back into the swing though but I've been trying to catch up with life and work so I haven't been logging.

    my total at the end of October was 48:39:05. this was recorded here) :-)

    I've looked though training peaks and I can see I did 40:21 so my total until the end of November was 89:00:26
    December so far is 14:35 so as of 12/12 I am on 103:35:00. I'll start adding daily again. Sorry for being away so long but I am back.

    The good news concerning my attack is that the police have got the identity of the guy who attacked me and are trying to build a case against him :-)

    That's SUCH great news!!!! I don't think you are cheating with your logging haha You do what you can, the point is to exercise consistently! As long as you are conscious of it, I think it counts :-)
