Sorry. I'm going to have to cheat with the way I'm booking. I think some of you know I was attacked last month and it put me out for a couple of weeks. Got back into the swing though but I've been trying to catch up with life and work so I haven't been logging.
my total at the end of October was 48:39:05. this was recorded here) :-)
I've looked though training peaks and I can see I did 40:21 so my total until the end of November was 89:00:26
December so far is 14:35 so as of 12/12 I am on 103:35:00. I'll start adding daily again. Sorry for being away so long but I am back.
The good news concerning my attack is that the police have got the identity of the guy who attacked me and are trying to build a case against him :-)

That's SUCH great news!!!! I don't think you are cheating with your logging haha You do what you can, the point is to exercise consistently! As long as you are conscious of it, I think it counts :-)0
