Here is my mileage for the month of June so far, I'm pretty slow on my rides right now I'm working my way back into biking, starting with the bike at the gym, after not touching my bike in YEARS....
June 1 - CT Walking/hiking 12.10 (7.5 hours at work and 1.5 hours outside)
June 2 - CT Walking 5.90, ID 2.10 (10 minutes)
June 3 - CT walking 10.90 (7.5 hours at work, 2 hours outside)
June 4 - rest day
June 5 - CT walking 11.46 (7.5 hours at work, 3 hours outside)

Crashed on the way home Thursday. Got some road rash, some whiplash, tore my saddle off the rails, and thumped my head hard enough to see stars and hard enough to embed a rock in one of the rear vents. Ended up calling in sick on Friday - just too sore to do much of anything, much less work and also felt a little spacey. But I'm back at it.
That sucks, take it easy.
