Crossfit While Traveling

Hey all!

So Saturday I leave for Florida until 1/1/15, and I complete on-ramp on Wednesday. I spoke with my coach who recommended I wait until I return to start attending regular classes, so they can guide me through my first workouts and it's just safer that way. Question: he mentioned there's some "Hotel Crossfit" WODs I can do while I'm away - does anyone have some good resources for those?

    Our "test" wod during the free intro class we offer is usually this:
    row 500m
    40 air squats
    30 sit ups
    20 push ups
    10 pull ups.

    Drop the pull ups if you aren't there yet, but do it for time. If no rower, just run a fixed distance. Either do it as an all out sprint or do 4 reps for time.

    First time I tried it took 11 minutes. The next time I did it just on a whim took just under 6 minutes.
