Hope everyone has been well. I know I have been MIA for a little bit but I am making a promise to get back into posting daily. My 2 week vacation had me put back on everything I lost in the last 3 months! :( hopefully a lot of it is water weight. But I wasnt really watching what I was eating and I wasnt getting my normal workouts in. So it wasnt a complete shock but I still dont like my setback. Well todays a new day.

todays goals
1. Healthy choices
2. be mindful of my portions
3. drink plenty of water

    Oh goodness, I am right there with you, SilverStormi. I added a new job to my routine - just on Fri and Sat afternoons and evenings - and allowed myself to derail my logging and exercising routines. Not acceptable, and not necessary. So, here's to getting back to it:

    1. Log each bite and stay within my calorie goal
    2. Drink at least 80 ounces of water
    3. Ride my cycle at least 10 miles tonight
    4. Work on my stocking designs

    Feel like I've been playing catch-up today.

    Goals:

    1. Make morning workout -- did this, but rushing about, since I woke up late (finished a work project yesterday and so had dinner around 11 pm, which threw me off)
    2. Bring lunch -- I actually managed this too, made a huge omelet for dinner last night and just brought half of it for lunch, but then realized I'm getting home really late again and don't want to deal with eating so late so will end up buying dinner
    3. Calories, stay within
    4. Plan for tomorrow--go to bed at a decent hour, prepare a lunch to bring, have something defrosted or otherwise ready to prepare for dinner, and don't forget I have to fast between 9 and 1:30 for an insurance-related blood test
