How to restore calorie adjustment (I accidentally deleted it)

On the exercise tab on MFP, I meant to hit the little 'more info' button on the fitbit adjustment entry and instead hit the red delete button at the end of the column. Now I have no fitbit adjustment in my exercise tab or my food diary for today.
It appears to be treated like any other exercise I would input and then delete.
I don't know how to restore it. Any ideas?
EDIT: Nevermind. It's back now. My guess is that MFP and fitbit synced and that put back the adjustment I deleted.

Fitbit knows it already sent the info, so it won't again.
So you have to make Fitbit think there is different info.
Make a bogus entry on Fitbit for a workout. New daily burn amount, should sync over.
Then delete it.
Another change, should sync over.
Now the daily change should be reflected.
Making a bogus entry on MFP should work too - since that goes out to Fitbit.0 -
I think I saw 20 min sync's with your device, which means potential for 20 min increased TDEE, new value, should go across.0
