My goals yesterday involved planning for lunch and dinner today, but I'd forgotten I have a big year-end dinner meeting at work. Also, I was supposed to remember to fast before a blood test (insurance thing), but the nurse called to reschedule, so instead:
1) Work out (going to a class at my gym at lunch)
2) Eh, skip lunch (I have a yogurt I might have instead) due to early and probably somewhat indulgent dinner (stay within calories)
3) I keep saying this, but really do go to bed early and get back on my usual morning schedule tomorrow
4) Start organizing my bathroom0 -
I did good yesterday with the exception of drinking enough water
Goals
1. Drink 10 glasses of water
2. Get in 10k steps (and lots of slobbery kisses)
3. Plan a healthy dinner for tonight
4. Figure out what Im doing for a grab bag gift I need to tomorrow0 -
1) Survive hangover.
That's it for today.0 -
Well I failed, miserably. There were cookies galore at work and I was weak. Tomorrow is a new day.0
