When it works it's great but other times not so much!

Today I worked out this morning and my strap and transmitter are in my car at least two blocks away but when I go to sync my activity it says I have a current workout session in progress. My workout ended 10 hours ago.

I would write them an email. They have responded fairly quickly when I've had an issue.0

Hi, Helen. They have assisted me before. It's currently working. Fingers crossed. But the wait time on hold with them is just not worth it to me. I've always been a Polar fan so I expected more from the product when it was initially released. IMO they should have had all the glitches worked out.0
